Our story
Driven by his passion for building web and mobile products, in 2010 our founder, Andrés Max, started Ideaware. We started working with fast-growing startups in Silicon Valley. We started as an agency, but in 2015 we pivoted to a staff augmentation firm working out of Colombia. We’ve hired hundreds of amazing people to work as employees and also staffed our partners with the best talent. Today, we work in not just Colombia, but Latin America finding the right people for our partners.
